Where do I log in?

Be sure you’re at the correct login: 

I forgot my password? What do I do?

Neither Paper Trails nor your employer can reset your password; you must use the Forgot Password utility in iSolved.

  1. Be sure you’re at the correct login page.
  2. Enter your Username (this is your email address) and click Continue.
  3. Click “Forgot Password?” below the login boxes. Follow the wizard to reset your password.

How do I set my account up for the first time?

You will receive an activation email from papertrails@myisolved.com. This activation link is only good for 72 hours, so don’t wait to activate your account.

  1. Click the authentication link in the email.
  2. The authorization code you’ll need is the last 4 digits of your social security number.
  3. Create a secure password (put it somewhere safe).
  4. Accept the terms of use, and you’re in!

I cant login to the iSolved Go App

Download the iSolved Go App from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  1. Once downloaded – BEFORE YOU LOGIN – click the “gear icon” in the bottom left of the login screen.
  2. Under network partner, type “papertrails” and click Save.
  3. Return to the login screen and login with your username (your email) and password.
